At Peptiq Labs, we prioritize fast, secure, and discreet delivery. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada using Xpresspost™ Shipping through Canada Post.

Peptiq Labs currently ships within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD
- $20 flat-rate shipping on orders under $250 CAD
Processing & Shipping Times
Once your order is placed and payment has been received, we will begin processing your order.
Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
All orders are shipped via Xpresspost™ through Canada Post, with estimated delivery times of:
- 2–3 business days to most major Canadian cities
- Additional delivery time may apply for rural or remote locations
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of Peptiq Labs’ control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for Canada Post tracking information to update in their system. If your tracking number has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team at support@peptiqlabs.ca and we will be happy to assist.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All Peptiq Labs orders are shipped in fully discreet packaging, using a plain box or mailer with no external markings or labels indicating the contents of your order.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Peptiq Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
